Eligible applicants include U.S.-based or U.S. territory-based 501(c)(3) organizations or fiscally sponsored groups with an annual operating budget of $1.5 million or less. Priority is given to organizations that are disability-led, with leadership comprising more than 50% people with disabilities, including management staff, advisory committees, or governing boards. The fund emphasizes support for organizations led by Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), queer, gender non-conforming, and women with disabilities.
